Inspired by the Hartness family’s many innovations in bottling and packaging in the 1940s, Blue Lantern Studios designed this restaurant to incorporate nods to manufacturing and scientific ingenuity. The overbar features an installation of vintage Tom’s soda bottles, and the red and gray-blue color palette references post-war aesthetic influences.
